I appreciate all the books I've read of his because they look to make you positionally mindful. I love the perspective Silman provides as far as how the position is evaluated among players with varying strength - it really underscores the idea of a plan (based off imbalances, as Silman has grinded it into our heads) and that perhaps us lower-rated players have the right idea, though we lose confidence and ability to execute it. The Amateur's Mind was excellent and is totally worth re-reading. Please continue to give us your feedback and suggestions on how we can help make /r/chess better for everyone.
